Simple, Flexible, and Designed for Real Life

pick and choose your weeks to build your ideal schedule

An interactive mystery story created alongside my four children and fine-tuned with students at my school.
The final verdict? It’s wildly fun- and packed with meaningful language and literacy learning.

Mini Labs (no more than 4 children) must commit to at least 3 weeks throughout the session

Summer scheduling is designed with flexibility in mind — families may select the days, times, and format that best fit their child’s needs and summer routine. Both individualized and small-group literacy/language sessions are available.

Group sessions: $85/45 minutes
Individual sessions: $65/ 30 minute session

If you’re searching for summer reading help for your child in Brick, Point Pleasant, Manasquan, Brielle, or Wall, NJ, you’re not alone- many parents notice their child struggling with reading, comprehension, or confidence by the end of the school year.

At Point Speech Pathology and Literacy Lab, we go beyond traditional tutoring by combining evidence-based reading instruction with speech and language therapy, targeting the underlying skills like vocabulary, comprehension, and phonological awareness that truly drive reading success.

Our personalized, community-based sessions make it easy to get expert support right where you are this summer.

To help prevent the “summer slide,” parents can focus on 3 simple strategies: read aloud daily and talk about the story, encourage everyday vocabulary through conversation during errands and play, and practice short, consistent reading sessions instead of long frustrating ones.

Early support can make a lasting difference in your child’s confidence and academic success, and summer is the perfect time to start.
